Travel is NEVER easy with 26 Food Allergies.

For my epic birthday, I decided to splurge and fly in First Class on American Airlines. I forgot that meant a meal would be offered and I hadn’t preordered anything that would work with my 26 food allergies.

Luckily, I was able to request a cheese platter with grapes and they also offer warm mixed nuts as nibbles before the meal. They even had raspberry sorbet that was gluten free that I was able to have. Diet Coke was a splurge I had to take even though I try to limit caffeine and carbonation.

What I didn’t eat that was offered was hot bread rolls and butter, lettuce salad, chicken enchilada or red curry lentils for an entree, warm brownie sundae with vanilla ice cream and champagne, wine or premium cocktail.
