26 Food Allergies!!!

Yep, that’s what I deal with since November 2023. Make traveling and eating out not so simple.

Today, I am working from my hotel in Connecticut and moving slowly. Trying to keep my legs elevated and focusing on simply protein for lunch. These @carnivorecrisps are such a great, portable tasty way to get in some nutritious protein while you are on the go. Today I chose the Beef Top Sirloin because I have already organized to eat chicken at a restaurant tonight. These are made with Grass Fed Beef Top Sirloin, @RedmondRealSalt and purified water. Talk about clean ingredients👏

GLP1 Mom Life - waterpolo tournament edition

When you are on the go, how do you hit your protein goals? Preplanning is essential and you making sure you fuel throughout the day is, too!

Starting with a decaf coffee @starbucks and adding my favorite protein hot chocolate was perfect for this cold morning in Palos Verdes. Had my peppermint cocoa crunch bar while driving to start the day. Packed my Carnivore Crisps and some Moon cheese in case I couldn’t find anything that works with my allergies. Today we will put in a 12 hr day as we started out at 7am and games won’t end till 7pm.

High Protein Nutrition for the win!

I added a little spring twist to this one by stirring in some My Protein Lemonade Clear Whey Isolate🍋

Started with the 1 cup Frozen Mango chunks and 8 frozen blackberry for fiber, texture and color. The defrosting brings out juice to flavor the 2/3 cup plan unflavored nonfat Greek yogurt and then I added a tablespoon of heavy cream for the fat. 1/2 scoop of the my protein clear whey isolate lemonade and sprinkled 3 tablespoons of raw hemp seeds for more protein, texture and fiber with 8 raspberries and 1 tablespoon of raw sliced almonds.

YUM! Great for any time of the day but we had it for breakfast (at 11:30am lol)👏

I LOVE Betty Boop!!!

For the past 36 hours I’ve had a whirlwind trip to Manhattan and I had the pleasure of attending the Broadway Show “Boop! The Musical” at the Broadhurst Theatre👏

The show was phenomenal and @jasmine_amy_r was the absolute embodiment of Betty Boop and her performance brought the audience to a standing ovation mid show! What an amazing moment to witness from our fabulous orchestra seats!🌟 What an incredible send off to her first “Tony’s Awards” attendance last night.

Truly thrilled to have been able to get to see this show that just started in April. It has been a minute since I have attended a Broadway show and “Boop! The Musical’ was just perfect!

Day 6 - 30 min daily cardio

Made it just in time with 30 minutes left at the pool at 10:15pm. Chose to do pool work because I tweaked my back in the morning. Was hoping it would resolve but ultimately decided not to push it at the last second.

Worked out and was amazed how different my reflection looked since the last time I was at LA Fitness.
The inflammation reduction is real and some of the Lipedema hallmarks are really reducing👏

That SQUEAK!!!!

Help a girl out! What is the solution to a squeaky floor?! 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don’t hear it at all when I am filming but when I edit and hear the replay🤦🏻‍♀️ Nails on a chalkboard.

Coming in with some FLOWER POWER on this print. This jumpsuit is a size XL and the blue with tiny flower from yesterday’s post was a L. I see the difference in how just a bit extra fabric gives a less streamlined look. There are SO many patterns to choose from for this exact jumpsuit. As always, one piece dressing is a favorite because of the simplicity not to mention that there isn’t much to pull and tug and keep in place and no worry about coverage either which is often a concern for us girlies with an extreme waist hip ratio💜

The fabric is viscose and so light, cool and flowy. The elasticized top is great for easy on and off and allows for a range of bust and hip sizes.

Summer Refresh!🌞

Feeling fresh right out of the chair at the hair salon🌟

Eyelet white dress is always a summer outfit staple. ( This one is SO affordable) Got my protein drink in my Meoky stainless steel tumbler to hit those protein goals!

As of today, I have hit 70 lbs down since 10/23 and I am just 2 lbs away from a total of 200 lbs down from my highest in 2003!🥳

Wearing my full @lipoelastic compression while I pack and get ready for my red eye tonight to keep any inflammation at bay pre flight as I know the flight will kick up the inflammation. Added my favorite comfy platform sneakers in gold from @dreampairs for a little fun footwear.
