I placed my first SHEIN order recently and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of some items, including this cute sweater with hearts, perfect for Valentine’s Day. This sweater was $14, has the half zipper, and is very thick. If between sizes, I would select the larger size, otherwise consider sizing up 1 in this top. I would recommend reading reviews for an understanding of quality and size as some items may run small. I liked 12/13 items I bought, and the 13th was great just a tad small. Items arrived within 1 week and for the price point and most items being great, I will definitely order again.
