Have you seen the viral smashed burger tacos? Since I don’t have a Blackstone grill, I decided to use my electric griddle to make them. I first seasoned 2lb ground beef with 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce and 1 packet of Lipton onion soup mix. Mixed the beef well and divided it into 6 balls. I then placed a beef ball on the griddle, topped with a low carb tortilla and used my Lodge grill press to smash the burger. Since the beef gets smaller as it cooks, you’ll want to smash until the beef at least hits the edges of the tortilla. Cook until beef has browned (about 3-5min on 250°), flip and top with cheese, Kinders burger sauce, pickles and lettuce, fold and top the taco with the press for a moment to keep the fold.
