If you have strawberries and blueberries sitting in the fridge that need to be used up, don’t let them go to waste—make this easy Strawberry Blueberry Crumble. 🤍 It’s warm, buttery, bubbly and SO good with vanilla ice cream melting over the top. 🍓 STRAWBERRY BLUEBERRY CRUMBLE For the berries: • Strawberries, sliced + blueberries (about 4 cups total) • 2–4 tbsp sugar • 1 tbsp cornstarch or flour • Splash of vanilla • Squeeze of lemon For the crumble: • 1 cup flour • ½ cup brown sugar • ½ cup oats (optional) • ½ cup softened or melted butter • Pinch of salt • Sprinkle of cinnamon (optional) Toss the berries with the sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and lemon and spread into an 8×8 baking dish. Mix the crumble ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle all over the berries. Bake at 350°F for 35–40 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
