Easy Chicken Parmesan night! 🍝❤️ This is one of those dinners that tastes like you put in way more effort than you actually did!

I used 2 packages of Real Good chicken strips (only 4g carbs per serving!), air fried them at 400°F for 16 minutes, flipping halfway. Then I added them to a baking dish with 2 jars of my favorite pasta sauce + 8 oz mozzarella, and baked at 350°F for about 20 minutes until golden, melty and bubbly. 🧀✨

Served with a little penne pasta on the side and dinner is DONE! Save this one for a busy weeknight. ❤️

🍓🫐 SAVE THIS for those end-of-summer berries!

If you have strawberries and blueberries sitting in the fridge that need to be used up, don’t let them go to waste—make this easy Strawberry Blueberry Crumble. 🤍 It’s warm, buttery, bubbly and SO good with vanilla ice cream melting over the top.

🍓 STRAWBERRY BLUEBERRY CRUMBLE

For the berries:
• Strawberries, sliced + blueberries (about 4 cups total)
• 2–4 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp cornstarch or flour
• Splash of vanilla
• Squeeze of lemon

For the crumble:
• 1 cup flour
• ½ cup brown sugar
• ½ cup oats (optional)
• ½ cup softened or melted butter
• Pinch of salt
• Sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)

Toss the berries with the sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and lemon and spread into an 8×8 baking dish.

Mix the crumble ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle all over the berries. Bake at 350°F for 35–40 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

Serve it WARM with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. 🍨 Trust me. 😂
