Italian-style summer grilling just got SO much easier 🍋🔥🍤

I tossed shrimp, sausage, baby potatoes, sweet onion, and corn riblets with olive oil, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, Santa Maria seasoning, garlic powder, salt & pepper… then grilled everything together in these amazing hexagon grill baskets beside A5 Wagyu steaks and honestly the flavor was incredible.

The baskets make it so easy to cook everything evenly without losing food through the grill — and the screw-on handles are such a game changer for flipping and serving.

Finished everything with fresh parsley and served it straight from the grill into my Italian serving bowl for the perfect summer dinner outside ✨

Here’s the recipe for Scarpariello Chicken

And get everything you need!

Ingredients
• 2½ lbs bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (6–8)
• Salt & pepper
• 1 tbsp oil
• 3–4 Italian sausage links
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 2 tbsp fresh sage, minced
• 6 garlic cloves, sliced
• 8 pickled cherry peppers + ¼ cup juice
• 1 cup white wine
• 1 cup chicken stock
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp butter

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Season chicken.
2. Sear chicken skin-side down until crispy (8 min), flip (3 min). Remove.
3. Brown sausage, slice, set aside.
4. Cook onion + pepper until soft. Add garlic + sage.
5. Add cherry peppers + juice, wine (reduce 2 min), then stock + sugar.
6. Return sausage + chicken (skin up).
7. Bake 30 min until tender and saucy.
8. Finish with butter and serve.

I use mine in a covered carport in a warm climate, and they’ve held up beautifully for over 3 years.
