Life is too short to live with “just fine.” This powder room was fine before… but it wasn’t me and felt a little out of place in our home. I’ve always believed a powder room is the perfect place to let your imagination run wild. It’s small, unexpected, and one of those spaces where you can really have fun with design. My vision for this room was a timeless European escape with that classic Ralph Lauren-inspired feel that eluded something moody, warm, and a little bit enchanting. We added this beautiful wallpaper and painted everything else in Sherwin-Williams Otter at 70% including the crown moulding, ceiling, and even the interior door. I wanted it to feel almost like an enchanting old-world castle bathroom — rich, cozy, collected, and completely timeless. And I think we definitely nailed it. Because sometimes “fine” just isn’t enough when you can create something that feels completely like you.
