I’ve tried several recipes of mango recipes and this one takes the crown of them all inspired by @itsbabacooks 🙌🏼
Try making it for Eid or any occasion and I promise you will never want lassi any other way!! 😭

Recipe:
Serves 5

3 cups mango pulp
2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup Greek yoghurt
4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
2 tsp rose water

Blend with a hand blender until combined & garnish with crushed pistachios & mint.

Serve chilled!
