Ep 5: HIGH PROTEIN BLACK FOREST CHEESECAKE BOWL It’s giving creamy, dreamy dessert vibes with a high-protein twist! 🍒✨Think all the flavor of your fave cheesecake, but no baking, no fuss, just layers of sweet cherry chocolate goodness paired with creamy (and crunchy) deliciousness you can eat with a spoon. 🙌 Here’s how to make it: • 1 cup frozen pitted cherries, chopped • 1 (5.3 oz) low sugar vanilla yogurt (I used Siggi’s) • ¼ cup cottage cheese (I like Good Culture) • ½ tsp vanilla extract • ½ cup chocolate Catalina Crunch or other high protein cereal • ½ Tbsp low sugar chocolate chips • Drizzle of almond butter 1️⃣ Add cherries to a bowl and top with yogurt, cottage cheese and vanilla extract. Set in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let the cherries thaw a bit. 2️⃣ Top with cereal, chocolate chips and almond butter.
