1. Clare V Crossbody Bag: I got this bag last year and it's replaced my Lululemon belt bag. It’s the perfect size for an everyday bag, lightweight and easy to throw on whether I’m running errands or heading out to dinner. It instantly makes any outfit feel put together.

2. Veja Sneakers: Clean, classic, and surprisingly comfortable. These go with everything from leggings to jeans and are great for days when I'm on my feet a lot but still want to look cute.

3. Amazon Ribbed Long Sleeve Top: A great, afforadble basic that I actually wear all the time. It’s soft, stretchy, and easy to layer under jackets or wear on its own, especially nice for cooler mornings. I have this in black, white and red. I wear a size small.

4. Quince Wide Leg Jeans: I just got these and they are such a good everyday jean. They’re structured but still super comfortable, hit at a really flattering spot on the waist, and pair perfectly with sneakers or boots.

5. Quay Ever After Sunglasses: My go-to sunnies lately. The shape is flattering, they feel sturdy, and they’re a great everyday pair that doesn’t feel too trendy or too basic. Right now they're on sale for 44% off, don't wait!

For me, that looks like 30-minute at-home workouts and simple, high-protein, high-fiber meals that actually keep me full and energized, even on snow days! 🤍

This basil seed pudding comes together in minutes and is one of my favorite ways to boost fiber. Just 2 Tbsp of basil seeds have about 15g fiber, which is over half of most people’s daily goal, and they thicken up way faster than chia.

I use this as an easy breakfast or snack when I want something filling, gut-friendly, and macro-friendly.

Here’s how to make it:
2 Tbsp basil seeds
¾-1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1–2 tsp maple syrup

1️⃣ Stir everything together, let sit 5–10 minutes. Stir and then top with berries, yogurt and/or granola.

Macros: 170 cals | 3g protein | 6g fat | 22g carbs | 15g fiber
