Friday Faves - What I'm Loving! (1) Patrick TA Major Dimension Eyeshadow Duo: This is my new go-to eyeshadow... it's so good! I have the set called "talk to my team" which has a shimmery champange and copper in it. They blend seamlessly and really make blue eyes pop. I always get compliments when I have this on. (2) Lola Blanket: The hype is real with this blanket. Everyone says it's the softest thing ever and it's true! It’s soo cozy, has a nice weight to it, and feels a little luxurious too. (3) Higher Dose Infrared PEMF Pro Mat: My functional medicine doctor recomended I get one of these and I'm so glad I did. I’ve been using it daily to relax and recharge, and it really does make a difference. It combines infrared heat and PEMF, so it feels like a full-body reset while you’re just laying there. I love using it at the end of the day to unwind. (4) CurrentBody Red Light Therapy Face Mask: Isaac and I both use this mask daily (we actually wear it while we're on the PEMF mat).
