BIRTHDAY CAKE OVERNIGHT OATS Recipe below because it’s an easy one and I know a lot of you appreciate having the recipe here too! 🫶🏻 • ½ cup rolled oats (I use Bob’s Red Mill) • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt • 1 scoop (25 grams) plant-based vanilla protein powder, I used Truvani • 1 Tbsp natural rainbow sprinkles, I like Supernatural or Watkins • 1 tsp chia seeds • ¼ tsp almond extract • ¼ tsp vanilla extract • ¼ tsp butter extract (optional) • Pinch of salt 1️⃣ Add all ingredients into a bowl or mason jar. Stir well to combine. Seal the container with a lid and place in the fridge overnight. 2️⃣ Take the container out of the fridge the next morning and stir the mixture. You’ll notice that the oats soak up a lot of the liquid so you may want to add a little more milk before serving.
