I tried @collegenutritionist’s Strawberry Cheesecake Yogurt Bowl and it’s so good! Creamy, crunchy, sweet, and takes 5 minutes to throw together. It feels like dessert but keeps me full and satisfied.

Here’s how to make it:
• 1½ cups non-fat Greek yogurt
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp honey
• 8–12 Simple Mills Sweet Thins, crushed
• 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
• 1 Tbsp white chocolate chips (I used Lily’s)

1️⃣ Stir yogurt, vanilla, and honey until smooth.
2️⃣ Sprinkle crushed sweet thins on top.
3️⃣ Add sliced strawberries.
4️⃣ Melt white chocolate chips (10–15 sec intervals in the microwave) and drizzle over the top.

Macros: 413 cals | 9g fat | 51g carbs | 6g fiber | 39g protein

1. Stella & Grace Eye Patches: These are my easy little under-eye reset when I’m feeling tired or puffy. They’re cooling, soothing, and make me look way more awake in about 10 minutes. I’ll pop them on while I’m unloading the dishwasher or answering emails and suddenly I look like I actually slept.

2. Miss Mouths Messy Eater Stain Remover: This stain remover has saved so many shirts (mine and my kids) from grease spots and mystery stains. I just spray it on right away and toss it in the wash. It’s honestly a must-have magic wand.

3. Etekcity Food Scale: I use this constantly. It’s slim, easy to store, and makes baking or measuring portions so much simpler. It's essential if you're counting macros.

4. Maldon Sea Salt: If you know, you know. This is my favorite finishing salt because I love the flaky crystals. I use it on homemade cookies, fried eggs, roasted veggies, even avocado toast. It’s such a simple upgrade but makes a big difference in flavor and texture.

5. Medicube Daytime Peel Off Mask: I was skeptical about a daytime peel-off mask, but this one is so satisfying. The viral Mexican Street Corn Sweet Potato Ground Beef Bowl by @ice.karimcooks does not disappoint! 🤩

We loved it exactly as is, but it’s also super easy to adjust if you’re tracking macros and need it to be lower fat and/or lower cal. You could use ground turkey, use less avocado, or go lighter on the cheese.

PS: Added bonus is that my kids loved the street corn salad as a dip with chips!

Friday Faves - Recent Purchases I Love!

1. Our Place Always Pan 2.0: I've had my orginial Always Pan for over 5 years and finally got an new one a month ago. There's nothing like a new non-stick and the Always Pan is great because it's non-toxic and so pretty. I love that it comes with a steamer basket, but it's also my go-to for cooking eggs and egg whites. I just spray with a little avocado oil spray and I'm good to go.

2. Stakt Mat Pro: This is the new mat I'm using for working out. It offers more support than my yoga mat and even doubles as a block. The texture helps me avoid slipping no matter what pose or position I'm in.

3. Saltair Santal Bloom Serum Body Wash: This body wash has completely upgraded my five-minute showers. The scent is warm and lightly woodsy but still clean and fresh, and the serum formula makes my skin feel noticeably softer and smoother after every use.

4. CurrentBody Red Light Therapy Face Mask: I finally got a red light face mask for my birthday. I’ve been curious about red light therapy for a while (especially for supporting collagen and helping with fine lines), and this felt like the perfect time to splurge. I love that you only need to wear it for 10 mins. I do it right before bed and it's so relaxing. I’ll keep you posted as I use it more, but so far I’m loving the ritual of it.

5. Petal & Pup Monica Long Sleeve Top: This long sleeve top has gotten me so many compliments. The deep v-neckline and delicate floral print give it a timeless, feminine feel, and the shirred waist and subtle buttons create such a flattering shape. It’s easy to dress up for dinner or keep casual for brunch. On sale right now too!
