I never travel without snacks. 💁🏻♀️ Here are some of my fave higher protein snacks to pack! ✈️ · Aloha Bars - the Chocolate PB Cup is my fave flavor and the ingredients for these are really good! Plant-based, dairy-free and gf. I get these on Amazon. · Built Bars - randomly grabbed these at Costco recently and they’re pretty good! This flavor reminds me 3 Musketeers candy bar combined with the texture of Peeps. 😂 · Barebells Protein Bars - Randomly grabbed the Salty Peanut flavor for this trip, but the Creamy Crisp is my fave flavor. We usually get these at TJ’s. · Nicks Sticks meat sticks and Chomps - love both of these for an easy protein option. The flavor is good and the macros are better than jerky. We get these at our local health food store or Amazon. · Roasted Edamame Snacks - okay, I love these for when I’m craving something salty and crunchy. They have some fun flavors too like ranch and sriracha. I get these on Amazon. · Just a Handful Trail Mix Packs - trail mix is one of my favorite snacks. I get these at TJ’sand really like having the portion controlled packs. · Crisp Power Protein Pretzels - perfect if you’re craving something crunchy and salty. · Catalina Crunch - y’all know I’m hooked on this stuff. I love adding it to yogurt or eating a handful when I want something sweet. · Clean Simple Eats Protein Powder - sample packs of protein powder are great for traveling · LMNT Electrolytes - grapefruit and citrus are my fave · My Owala Water Bottle - gotta stay hydrated and I like this size bottle for travel
