(2) Aloha Protein Bars: These plant-based protein bars actually taste like a treat, and they’re made with simple ingredients. Bonus: they’re vegan, gluten-free, and don’t have that chalky texture some protein bars can have. The caramel chocolate pecan flavor is one of my faves.

(5) Beckham Hotel Collection Pillows: If you love that soft, fluffy “hotel pillow” feel, these totally deliver! I use the Coop for head and this pillow (in a kind size) to sleep with - either hugging it or positioning it between my legs.

(6) Miss Mouth's Messy Eater Stain Remover: This stain remover is a must whether you have kiddos or not. Just spray this on the stain right away and toss it in the wash.

(7) Truly Free Laundry Detergent: This detergent is a concentrated powder that you mix with water at home, so the jug ships empty, cutting down on plastic waste. The formula is non-toxic, gentle on skin, and still gets our clothes really clean. It’s an easy, sustainable change that works just as well as traditional detergent. Plus, SUCH a good price!

Carrot Cake Protein Balls 🥕🎂

These taste like carrot cake… but are made with simple, nourishing ingredients:
• ¾ cup oat flour
• ⅓ cup vanilla protein powder
• ½ cup cashew butter
• ½ cup finely shredded carrots
• ⅓ cup unsweetened applesauce
• 3 Tbsp maple syrup
• 3 Tbsp finely chopped raisins
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp ground ginger
• pinch of nutmeg
• ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Optional (but highly recommend for that carrot cake with frosting vibe 🤍):
• 4 oz white chocolate (I used Lily’s)
• 1 tsp coconut oil
• crushed walnuts

No-bake, super easy, and perfect to keep in your fridge for the week.

(1) Target XL Straw Tote Bag: My go-to bag for beach days. It fits everything: towels, sunscreen, toys and water bottles. I love the classic straw style and that folds up easily for packing.

(2) Wide Brim Straw Hat: I packed this on a whim before our trip and I'm so glad I did beacuse I wore it every single day. The brim is actually wide enough to give real sun protection (face + shoulders), and it still looks cute with everything. Plus, it holds its shape surprisingly well, even after being packed in my suitcase.

(3) Collapsible Beach Sand Toys: I ordered these mostly to save space, but they ended up being one of the smartest things I packed. They fold completely flat in the suitcase, but they're sturdy once you pop them open. The kids stay entertained forever, which makes beach days so much more relaxing.

(4) Magnetic Hooks: Everything is magnetic on cruise ships so these hooks can be used throughout your cabin for hanging all the things - wet swimsuits, sun hats, and bags (they hold up to 30 pounds each).

(5) Large Pill Organizer: I used this to organize all of my vitamins and supplements. It has 7 cavities so I just put all my daily vitamins into each one for the week. So much easier than digging through my bag or packing a ton of different bottles.

(6) Chewable Motion Sickness Tablets: So glad I grabbed these for the kiddos before the cruise. They work quickly and my kids ate them without complaints so they must taste good. Whether it’s a boat day or a long car ride, I feel way more prepared having these in my bag.

(7) LMNT Electrolyte Packets: I love these for a post workout pick-me-up, but they also make such a difference for staying hydrated on the go, especially in the heat. I pack a bunch of these whenever I travel! The Lemonade flavor is my current favorite.

(8) Tkees Foundations Flip Flop: These are my go-to flip flops for pool and beach days. They're comfy, minimal and super lightweight so they're easy to pack.
