MAC & CHEESE
INGREDIENTS
1 16oz box of Rotini pasta (reserve 1/2 cup pasta water)
2 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/4 cup Gouda cheese, shredded
1 1/4 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt, paprika, cracked pepper - to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
2. After draining pasta, add butter, heavy cream, Gouda, cheddar, salt, paprika and cracked pepper.
3. Gently stir until cheese is fully melted. Add a little pasta water if needed and stir again.
