American flag trifle using Sara Lee pound cake! This is my 4th of July tradition using my favorite Sara Lee pound cake. So, usually I make this recipe in my glass trifle dish, however, for the 4th of July I’m making this trifle in a 9x13 pan to have the rectangle shape for the American flag. I usually layer my fruit in the trifle but for this one I’m using all the fruit to shape the flag. The condense milk adds a small touch of richness to the flavor. This dessert will be a big hit for all of your red, white and blue celebrations! Ingredients: 1-2 Sara Lee pound cake containers. Sliced into half an inch slices. Make slices thinner if you’re trying to use one box of pound cake. Vanilla pudding (1 large Jello instant pudding mix) 1 can condensed milk ( I use half a can), 1 large cool whip container, large container of strawberries, container of blueberries.

Directions: First, slice your Sara Lee pound cake into slices. Mix together your made vanilla pudding mix with the condensed milk and 1 cup of cool whip. Stir well. Dice your strawberries. Let’s layer! First, spread your pound cake slices evenly in your pan. Next, spread your pudding mixture over your pound cake. Then, spread cool whip on top of the pudding. Repeat one more time. Pound cake, pudding, cool whip. Last, shape the stars with your blueberries and the stripes with your strawberries.

Spiced Bacon Cracker Bites! Your 4th of July appetizer. Oh my gosh, I could not stop popping these in my mouth! So much flavor and of course delicious crispy bacon. 🤤 Now, this isn’t for the faint of heart bc it is spicy but you can totally take off the jalapeño’s and add a spiced honey or just include the smoked seasonings. All so good! I used my oven but this recipe can totally work on a grill, smoker or air fryer. This is the pop you need this 4th of July!💥 Give these spiced bacon crackers a try. Ingredients: Townhouse or club crackers
Brown Sugar
Smoked paprika
Jalapenos
Thick-cut Bacon. Instructions:
Arrange crackers on a baking sheet.
Cut the bacon to fit the crackers.
Sprinkle brown sugar on the crackers and place a piece of bacon on each cracker.
Sprinkle smoked paprika on each cracker and bacon and then add a slice of jalapeño on top.
Finish with a sprinkle of brown sugar. Come on, don’t go light on those sprinkles 😉
Place in oven and bake on 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. It’s okay if the crackers turn brown and crispy. Also, not a jalapeño fan use spiced honey instead.

Happy 250th America! This is your July 4th centerpiece. I made this easy 4th of July centerpiece using garland, acrylic rocks, candles and candle sparklers. I raised the sparklers a little high in the glass so no spark would catch the garland. I’d light this centerpiece in the evening right before dessert is served or before fireworks are popped to start your celebration. I used champagne glasses as the candle holders filling them with some pieces from the garland and acrylic rocks. Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇸🎇

By far my favorite summer dress! Plus, I love the shoes and purse I paired with the dress. This dress screams summer with the blue stripes. It’s so flattering for the physique having the tie on the front. The slits are the perfect height. Not tight at all but is fitted true to size. I’m in a medium. I’m 5’3 and 140lbs. Oh, and you can’t go wrong with a cute straw purse for summer and matching shoes! The purse does have a strap too and the shoes are so comfortable. Happy summer! ☀️💙

Homemade lemonade! 🍋🍋🍋 Only three ingredients! Water, sugar and lemons. In a pot pour 1 1/3 cup of white sugar into 1 cup of water and bring to a boil. Stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and cool. Using 8 fresh lemons, juice the lemons into your pitcher. Then add 4 cups of cold water. Next add your sugar water. Last stir well. Enjoy!🍋

This is your so easy Easter centerpiece idea. The colorful eggs and the cute little bunny that lights up makes for the perfect tablescape.

Roasted carrots. Your easy Easter side dish. My ingredients included two pounds of rainbow carrots from Whole Foods, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of freshly grounded black pepper and fresh parsley to garnish. After chopping all the carrots into 2 inch barrels, I mix the carrots with all the ingredients in a bowl coating well. Then, I line each carrot in a baking dish. You can also use a baking pan with parchment paper. That was my original plan but I was out of parchment paper. Roast your carrots on 425 degrees for 25 minutes. The carrots should be tender to touch. Enjoy! 🥕🥕

Ingredients: Walmart plain New York Style cheesecake, shredded coconut flakes, mini chocolate bunny, colorful mini chocolate eggs. Using a circle cookie cutter, cut your cheesecake. Add shredded coconut, sprinkles, bunnies then eggs. Enjoy!
