OMG I made these delicious French bread pizzas for dinner and they will be going on our Friday night dinner routation, they are too die for!!! Here’s what I did: I started by roasting cherry tomatoes in the oven at 425 degrees with salt, pepper, olive oil, and grated garlic until they begin to burst. Then I sliced a piece of French bread in half, placed the cut side down on a baking sheet, and placed under the broiler until the bread starts to crisp up. Once that happened, I flipped the bread so the cut side faced up, and drizzled with olive oil. I placed that back under the broiler until that started to crisp. Take the crispy bread out, spread a generous amount of Boursin cheese on the cut side of both pieces of bread, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top, then spread the roasted tomatoes including all of the juice, and finally top with sliced pepperonis. Put the bread bake under the broiler to melt the choose and crisp the pepperoni. Cut into thick slices and serve immediately. I sprinkled hot pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese on mine. Soooooo good!!!! You’ll want to screenshot this and save! LTKfoodie LTKHome
