When I find pretty plates but I know we don’t need new dinnerware, this happens.

This is the fire blanket we have. We keep them in the kitchen in case we need them for the stove/oven or grill. The blankets are reusable after small fires, but we typically toss them after using and buy new ones. FYI, we’ve only used 2 lol. I wanted to show you the used blanket but Mr. ERH already tossed it.

If you don’t have a fire blanket, it’s an easy way to easily smother a fire and put it out. I’ll link one on the next slide.

If you’re looking for an outdoor baby or pet gate, we have 4 of these retractable gates (2 on each deck) and they are fabulous at keeping Eleanor contained. And yes they are weather resistant, we’ve had ours for over 3 years.

Mom’s curtains are always a great place to take a nap.

Summer and ice cream just go together. Kind of like peanut butter and jelly, milk and cookies, or pancakes and maple syrup. But a cold, creamy bowl of ice cream on a hot summer day feels like, well a little slice of heaven. The only problem is that traditional homemade ice cream can sometimes feel like a project. Between the special equipment, long ingredient lists, and waiting for everything to churn, it’s not always something I have the time or the patience for. That’s why I was so intrigued when I started seeing cottage cheese ice cream pop up everywhere. And if I’m being completely honest, I was skeptical. Ice cream made from cottage cheese sounded a little strange. But after trying it for myself…oh my gosh, I completely understood the hype. When cottage cheese is blended it becomes incredibly smooth and creamy, creating the perfect base for an easy frozen dessert. Add in fresh strawberries, honey, and a splash of vanilla, and it transforms into something that tastes far more indulgent than its ingredient list would suggest. So let me introduce you to strawberry cottage cheese ice cream!

I’m not usually a fan of shorts but I found the cutest most comfortable pair and I’m obsessed with them! Another Walmart find….. They are a cotton spandex mix so they are breathable and stretchy.

If you need a wreath hanger, I love this magnetic one.
