How to make them:
1. Mix your favorite store-bought pancake mix with water according to the package instructions.
2. Pour small circles of batter onto a heated non-stick pan.

The dinner my kids never get tired of ❤️

These rice meatballs in tomato sauce are one of our family’s favorite comfort meals!

✨ Ingredients:

• 1 cup parboiled rice (slightly boiled, still firm)
• 500 g ground meat
• 1 onion
• 1 carrot
• 1 red bell pepper
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• Salt, pepper, dry garlic
• Pinch of sugar
• Oil for sautéing

✨ Instructions:

1. Slightly boil the parboiled rice until it’s still firm. Let it cool.
2. Sauté the onion and grated carrot in a little oil until softened.
3. Mix the rice, ground meat, and sautéed vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Form into meatballs and place them in a baking dish.
5. For the sauce, sauté onion and diced red bell pepper. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper, dry garlic, a pinch of sugar, and enough water to create a sauce.
6. Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
7. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 1 hour.
