Slow-baked ratatouille with tender, flavorful vegetables + juicy, caramelized pork wrapped in crispy bacon — the kind of cozy dinner you’ll come back to again and again 🤍

🍅 Ratatouille (Confit Byaldi)
Sauté onion, add peppers, tomatoes, garlic. Cook until soft.
Slice veggies thinly, arrange in a spiral, drizzle with oil + herbs.
Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 1.5–2 hours.

🥓 Braided Pork Tenderloin with Bacon
Slice & braid pork, place over onion, season.
Brush with BBQ sauce, wrap in bacon.
Bake covered at 350°F (180°C) for 25 min, then 15 min uncovered.
