I love all things pumpkin but I’m not a fan of the sugary fake syrup you can grab at the local coffee shop or grocery aisle. I mean, they don’t even have pumpkin in them! So I decided to make my own that tastes amazing and no fake stuff. To make it you’ll need: 1 & 1/2 cups of water 1 cup of sugar 1/2 cup of brown sugar 2 tsp of a pumpkin spice blend 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree 2 cinnamon sticks to a sauce pan Stir together and bring to a simmer over low heat. Let this simmer for 5 minutes, stirring every minute or so. Turn off the heat and let cool completely before transferring to a pour spout container and storing in the fridge. Enjoy!
