there’s this phrase i saw online that says, “one day you’ll understand why God made you wait.”

just tried STRONG BODY at the new @strongpilates_ca Oakville location (@strong_oakville) that officially opened february 14th 🤍🤸🏽‍♂️

this isn’t your traditional pilates, it’s pilates-inspired strength with cardio built in. upper body, lower body and core blocks, followed by interval rowing or riding that keeps your heart rate up without the impact.

low-impact, high-intensity and you feel it in the best way (for me and my sis, we felt it the following morning 😆🤏🏾)
