One last trip to Inglewild. One last trip to Lovelight Farms. First time in a long time I teared up at the end of a book. Charlie is the perfect sunshine, golden retriever boy, who just wants to be loved, and accepted by everyone he meets. Nova is your favorite grumpy girl, who also just wants to be loved. They’re a match made in heaven, but they just don’t know it. So why not be friends with benefits. This book was SPICY. Way more spicy than I was expecting. I loved these characters but damn, they couldn’t keep their hands off each other. I loved how every character from previous Lovelight books were intertwined to this story in the most perfect way. The narriators of this book did a great job bringing this story to life—they were able to get a lot of the sarcasm and humor done well. I wouldn’t say they are my favorite narrators, but they did a great job. BK always does a wonderful job, and I’m sad this series is over.
