Happy Easter! Yesterdays craft with Ezra was making our Easter brownies.

I made the boxed brownies as instructed and measured the toppings with the heart.

To make:
- Mix brownie mix and put in pan of choice. (We chose a bigger one to get more brownies!)
- mix peanut butter, and cream cheese in a bowl. Add butter until soft enough to spread
- once brownies are cooled spread the peanut butter mix on top, then add your chocolate frosting!
- create your topping design.
- refrigerate until you serve!

Fitness/health goals this month:
- 1 gal water daily
- 14k steps daily (getting lean for summer, but in the healthiest way possible)
- Still in calorie surplus because my priority is to keep fueling my body, And get stronger.
- taking ALL my vitamins
- pineapple juice and green tea daily for digestion support. (Also some natural electrolytes in the juice) I drink mine right after an intense training session, or after a long walk. Add a pinch of salt and skip the Gatorade!
- limiting caffeine, cutting the crap energy drinks (right now I allow myself a treat on the weekends)
- electrolyte powder to add to my drinks. My fav right now is LMNT in salty watermelon! I’ll link it here. If you like salt on your margaritas you’ll love these electrolytes lol.
