Our farmhouse is feeling so cozy 🥰🪑 now as we are getting closer and closer to fall 🤭 - I loveeee summertime ☀️ but am getting really excited for our very first (!!) fall 🍁 here on the farm… I just know it is going to be so magical and my neighbors have all talked about how stunning 🤩 it is then!! 🧡 Probably why I’ve been doing so many little touches inside the farmhouse to start preparing for “cozy season” 🔥🏡 ahead - eek!!! 😍

And just take a look at that sunset 🌅 and cotton candy clouds ☁️ walking out the front door 🚪- I just can’t believe this place is real !!!

We scored this most adorable 🥰🤭 light blue coffee ☕️ table on marketplace… and went to pick it up last night!! 🛻 It is so sweet and happy and fits our living room so well!! 🫶🏽 If anything, we may paint it a powder light blue 🤍 whenever we paint the front door 🚪 & pantry door to match it … but it is so perfect with those cutie scalloped edges!!! ✨ Obsessed!! 🤩

These sweet babies 👶🏼👶🏼 (& their whittle geese 🪿 from the family birthday party 🥳 they went to this weekend 🤭) have been lovingggg the new coffee ☕️ table this morning 🛋️- it just fits so perfectly in this sweet farmhouse living room our ours!!! 🥰🫶🏽 These golden ✨ books 📚 (so nostalgic to my childhood !!! 📖) are always their favorites because “Papaw” gave them to them!! 🤍

Dreamiest rainy morning ☔️ backyard view 🌾 before we left for church 💒 and our farmhouse felt oh so cozy 🥰 this morning with the rainy fog 🌫️ outside the big kitchen windows 🪟 and with our new buffet and lace crochet… it just feels like “us” in there now and is my little sanctuary!!! 🕯️ There is nothing better than making a house a HOME !!! 🏡 And then look at what Judson made in Sunday school today!! 🌍 We love our church so much!! 🌟 And we always love a post-church @loweshomeimprovement run 🛒 around here !! 🛠️ And look at these beautiful flower 💐 baskets 🧺 that were on sale 🏷️ - yay!!! 🎉

We sure do love a slow cozy Sunday 🕯️ here on the farm!!! ⛈️ It looks oh so cozy with all our new lights and warm lamps 💡 on on this rainy day, too 🤭 - gosh I love this farmhouse so!!! 🤍 Both babies 👶🏼 napping 💤 and mama got to hang up our new flowers 🌼 by the backyard porch swing 🧺 once the sun came back out - it’s been one happy lil’ Sunday indeed!!! ✨

Like I was telling a friend the other day… we spent the first 6 months here on the farm getting the backyard all prepped and just how we wanted it 🫶🏽 - with wes building 🛠️ the chicken coop 🐓, garden 🪴, porch swing 🌻 & swing set out in front of the barn 🪵, and playhouse/swingset 🛝… and now it truly is everything I dreamed of and more!! ✨ So now we’ve started focusing on little touches 🥰 **inside** the farmhouse and it truly is just so much fun 🤩 seeing all of our visions come to life!!! 🏡 And I love getting to bring y’all along on this little creative 🎨 page of mine!! 😍 Oh how I’ve dreamed 💭 of these days… and how we are HERE 🥹 on our dream farm sweet farm!! Look at those gorgeous 🤩 farm fresh eggs 🥚 (I truly can’t get over it 🥰🤭) anddd found the perfect spot for the sweet crotchet lace 🤍 (from our first fixer upper home 🏡 back in sparkle ✨ city 🏙️) on our new buffet, too!!! 🫶🏽

And ended the evening harvesting even more (!!) tomatoes 🍅 and green beans 🫛 from our garden 🪴- listen to that sweet baby voice!!! My heart!!! ❤️

And nothing says “Happy August” 🧡 like harvesting our very first homegrown pumpkin 🎃 hehe!! 🥰

And this cutie found his very own whittle ladybug 🐞 and I CANNOT get over how stinkin’ cute 🥰 his whittle voice is!!! 🥹😭 “So cute! Look! So cute daddy!!” I melt!!! 🤭

And came back home from all of today’s fun 🤩 to 11 (!!) eggs 🥚 from our girlies 🐓- just from today - and we had one earlier… so that’s 12 eggs in one day!!! 🤯 Like my mom said, it looks like an Easter 🐣 basket 🧺 with all those colors!!! 🌈 I’m giddy y’all!!! 🤭😍

Andddd another Facebook marketplace find 🤭 officially picked up hehe!!! 🛻 We are so excited about this buffet - it’s more of an old rustic farmhouse vibe and we think it will fit our home 🏡 and property perfectly!!! 🌾🌻

We had the best time celebrating Sweet Baby George at Wes’ parents house today!!! 👶🏼🎉🎂🥳🎈Oh how we love that sweet baby and y’all so, @salliekbsmi & John!!! 🥰😍

And y’all… last night at my in-law’s, my thoughtful mother-in-love gave me these two vintage cream blankets (the thick throw and this beautiful hand crouchet piece!!) that she had saved from our first house 🏡 back in Spartanburg!! ✨ How special is that!! I had been overseas serving as a missionary in Uganda 🇺🇬 when wes and both sets of our parents were getting our first home sweet home 🏠 ready and I can’t believe she had saved these from all those years ago!!! 🥹She said she knew I would want them one day and now we get to keep a piece of our very first fixer upper home with us forever - my heart!!!! ❤️
