Week 2 of my @nourishmovelove โwinter arcโ program complete โ๏ธ and feeling so good!!! ๐ช๐ฝ Anyhoo, huge fan of her 5 days a week 20 minute strength-training workouts that you can add onto your regular daily running ๐โโ๏ธ or walking ๐ถโโ๏ธ and that I can knock them out quick (with my little helpers ofcourse ๐คญ - peep Judsonโs little weights hehe ๐๐ผ next to mamaโs)!!
