So yummy. Can’t wait to make these weekly. You can swap out the ingredients too to make them gluten free, dairy free and you can even mix it up with chicken, feta, fruit! The possibilities are endless! The seasoning is what made this meal so tasty! It was the perfect amount of flavor and just made these tacos melt in your mouth - yum! Mexican Pizzas - - 2 lbs Grassfed beef - 2 tbsps @jeansapothecare taco Tuesday seasoning - 1 can organic refried beans - soft tortilla shells - cheese of choice (I used taco blend) - tomatoes - Jalepenos - sour cream - avocado - salsa Layering - cover a baking sheet with parchment, place kneaded tortilla down, add refried beans & beef, top with tortilla. Cook in oven for about 12 minutes. Remove and top tortilla with cheese, tomatoes & Jalapeños. Put back in oven for about 10 mins or until the cheese starts to brown. Cut into pizza slices.
