So yummy. Can’t wait to make these weekly. You can swap out the ingredients too to make them gluten free, dairy free and you can even mix it up with chicken, feta, fruit! The possibilities are endless!

The seasoning is what made this meal so tasty! It was the perfect amount of flavor and just made these tacos melt in your mouth - yum! Linked them in my LTK for you all!

Mexican Pizzas -
- 2 lbs Grassfed beef
- 2 tbsps @jeansapothecare taco Tuesday seasoning
- 1 can organic refried beans
- soft tortilla shells
- cheese of choice (I used taco blend)
- tomatoes
- Jalepenos
- sour cream
- avocado
- salsa

Layering - cover a baking sheet with parchment, place kneaded tortilla down, add refried beans & beef, top with tortilla. Cook in oven for about 12 minutes. Remove and top tortilla with cheese, tomatoes & Jalapeños. Put back in oven for about 10 mins or until the cheese starts to brown. Cut into pizza slices. Serve with avocado & sour cream. 👌🏼

Gluten free and delicious protein berry muffins! These were super easy to make & yummy!

1 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 Cup mixed Berries
2 Cups Gluten Free 1:1 All Purpose Flour
2 Eggs
Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Honey
Top with GF Purely Elizabeth Granola

Mix all ingredients together & bake at 350 for about 25-35 minutes!

Buffalo Chicken Pockets | Easy Weeknight Dinner Idea or Quick Weekend Dinner

- shredded chicken
- red hot
- butter
- blue cheese
- @sweetlorens gluten free pastry dough

Mix ingredients together and bake for 10 mins or until golden brown. You can add a light egg wash to the top so they brown nicely!

Enjoy! This would also be a great freezer meal! 🫶🏼
