J.Crew vacation style! These bathing suits are so good!! Buttery soft and supportive. So flattering. I’m in larges but they’re a little loose so I’m exchanging for a medium. Small shirtdress coverup, medium beach pants, size 8 white shorts and medium t shirt. The lace detail on the pants is such a cute detail and the elastic waist makes them so comfy. They’re not itchy or stiff. Love all of the cotton/linen blends. Breathable and airy!!

These are my favorite navy trousers! I tried on the 8 petite and would def stay with regular for floor length! Petite is perfect if you like it to brush the top of your foot! Also, the 8 is slightly snug and I’d prefer the 10. They’re fabulous tho and nearly the exact same as the older version, just with a tad more stretch! My new stair treads. I ditched the black and went for something with less contrast and would blend in a bit more to make the space feel cleaner and larger. They also match the dining room rug and keep the natural vibes going. They were affordable and so easy to install! Love them!! They help to the kids and dogs go up and down safely, warm the space and add texture and vacuum nicely!

Here’s my plan to get it done. One small thing a day. Otherwise the undertaking is too big and it feels overwhelming and then gets pushed off and doesn’t get done. Who has all day to work on a project anyway?? I don’t! So instead I said; today is jacks dresser. Here’s what I did!

I took 10 minutes and emptied his drawers.
Immediately put all things he NEVER wears off the side. Why am I continuously fighting to close drawers and fit it all when he wears the same 6 shirts. It is what it is.
I made a pile of duplicates or super similar things, colors we don’t love and anything that wasn’t buttery soft. IYKYK.
(What I didn’t mention is I used this same method to get all of my poshmark bins out of his room the other day so his closet is free and clear)
I hung up all of his NICE shirts so it’s easy to decipher and they don’t take up real estate in the drawers.
Everything closed nicely, has a place and he honestly couldn’t have been more excited! I didn’t even tell him I did it and he came and thanked me and was just too cute. The kids feel it too! He deserves to sleep in calm and clarity as well!!

What room should I do next???? Did this help you at all get a grasp on it??? TEN MINUTES!! That’s it!!! Set a timer. What you don’t finish, do the next day!! Although I personally hate leaving things undone so if it takes you 12, so be it.
