The dresses I’ve bought from H&M recently.

All of these dresses are classic, not trend orientated so they can be whipped out year after year without feeling ‘out of style’.
They’re also quite basic & minimal which opens up multiple opportunities to style them up or down by using different accessories.
But remember, sometimes less is more 🙌🏼

I really focus on fabrics. I try and stay away from artificial fabrics like polyester, nylon etc and I prioritise linen, cotton and viscose dominant pieces.

I prioritise comfort when it comes to my outfits, especially in Summer when things are heating up 🥵 and because I’m reaching that age where #perimenopause is starting to kick in.

These trousers are 30% Linen and 70% Viscose with an elasticated waist (my fave 😜). There’s a whole variety of styles in this fabric, including shorts, and I have them all. The viscose element in the fabric reduces creasing and softens the fabric in comparison to 100% linen which creases very easily and can feel quite scratchy and they more of a fluid movement to them. They’re lightweight & breathable, perfect for Summer.

Zara’s sandal game is strong this season 🙌🏼
They have a mix of real leather, suede and PU styles at the moment and having a few pairs myself I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they are.
