I’ve spent much of my life living in places where it was boiling hot in the summer (Texas, Arizona, Las Vegas) and when the temperature starts to drop, it is like heaven!

So I wasn’t done working out until 10:30

I work out six days a week which feels easier to me than working out for four days a week

Decision fatigue is what I try to avoid as much of as possible and deciding if it’s on day or off day is just too much mental energy for me

I strength train three days a week and every other day play Pickleball or go walking.

I bought this teeny e-reader and then returned it…I wanted to love it but it was so much work to get books on it that I gave up and returned it.

There is word that the next generation will be Kindle compatible and I would totally try it again when that’s the case.
