These @kodiakcakes blueberry lemon muffins are absolutely a weekly must buy now 😍 I also made egg bites and I’ll put the recipe below! I decided to make a few of these lunch packs to help me out during the day and I was so thankful I did! Thinking I need to up my game and make some more for next week 🤪✨ comment SHOP for the containers or check my LTK!

STARBUCKS COPYCAT RECIPE!

6 eggs - either whisked or blended completely
1 cup of cottage cheese - blended smooth
Dash of salt to taste
1 cup of shredded gruyere cheese
1/2 cup chopped bacon bits

Combined all and place into cupcake tins - I love these silicone tins bc the bites are SO easy to pop out! I I placed the muffin tin on a baking sheet before pouring my mixture - and then added about a cup of water to the pan (this makes the bites fluffy!!!)

Bake on 350° for 20-30 minutes. Enjoy - pop in the fridge for the week or even in the freezer for next week. Super easy and so good & filling!!
