STARBUCKS COPYCAT RECIPE! 6 eggs - either whisked or blended completely 1 cup of cottage cheese - blended smooth Dash of salt to taste 1 cup of shredded gruyere cheese 1/2 cup chopped bacon bits Combined all and place into cupcake tins - I love these silicone tins bc the bites are SO easy to pop out! I I placed the muffin tin on a baking sheet before pouring my mixture - and then added about a cup of water to the pan (this makes the bites fluffy!!!) Bake on 350° for 20-30 minutes.
