Posting because i get lots of questions about my arm routine. Disclaimer, I am NOT a personal trainer, I HAVE a personal trainer and I advise you to get one too (I can recommend a few 😉). I’m also currently in a cut so I am doing high reps. Normally my reps would be 8-10 (to failure). Today was Back, Triceps and Chest. 1. Assisted pull ups. 3 sets of 15 (for all) 2. Tricep push down 3. Lat pull-down 4. Seated rows 5. Overhead triceps extension 6. Cable crossovers Not pictured: 1. Incline chest press 2. Triceps kickback. Wearing my absolute favourite leggings (@lululemon align) and @alo sports bra.
