a collection of my tried and true products. I swear by my Dyson hair dryer. It completely changed the health of my fine hair. My stylist recommended Metal Detox shampoo and conditioner and it is life changing! The sale is a perfect time to to try sample sizes of things too. This set of Tom Ford perfumed is a great deal (honestly this will last you forever!), and my favourite clean deodorant in travel sizes of all the scents if you aren’t sure which one to get (would also make a great stocking stuffer if you want to get that shopping done early!)

I’m never offended by strange comments on my outfits. I learned a longtime ago that I dress for myself. If I love what I’m wearing and love how it makes me feel, then it doesn’t bother me if other people don’t like it. That’s the great thing about fashion, we all get to express ourselves through clothing!.

I learned this trick on IG (wish o could remember from who so I could give credit). Use a safety pin to pin up one side of your sweater so it hangs without having to tuck it in and create bulk!
Also, mixing satin and suede is trending!

Everyone needs a timeless blazer in their wardrobe. Anine Bing makes great blazers. I’m in xs (tts) but you can go larger for a more oversized fit. My colour is old but linked the same blazer in other colours. Also linked my amazing heels in a gorgeous burgundy colour

Posting because i get lots of questions about my arm routine. Disclaimer, I am NOT a personal trainer, I HAVE a personal trainer and I advise you to get one too (I can recommend a few 😉).
I’m also currently in a cut so I am doing high reps. Normally my reps would be 8-10 (to failure).
Today was Back, Triceps and Chest.
1. Assisted pull ups. 3 sets of 15 (for all)
2. Tricep push down
3. Lat pull-down
4. Seated rows
5. Overhead triceps extension
6. Cable crossovers

Not pictured:
1. Incline chest press
2. Triceps kickback.

Simple just hits all the time. This Varley t-shirt is a great length for high rise denim. These jeans are an investment (I scoped mine on major sale) but they are a classic cut and colour and they truly are an amazing fit (I would say the most flattering jeans I own). Size up one size (they fit snug)

These shorts are the best quality. And since summer is almost over, they have them in a trouser version too!! I took a size small (which is one size up for me). They are machine wash and i literally didn’t have to even iron them! They come in black too. I’ll link them.
