Mix egg, softened butter and Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix until dough ball forms. Scoop one inch dough balls and place on baking sheet 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the edges are lightly golden brown. Let cool and slice strawberries thinly. Frost cooled cookies with Betty Crocker Vanilla Frosting.
