➕Building101➕ Todays topic for #building101 is outdoor spaces! Since I’ve got Covid, I won’t be on stories today to talk about it, but thought I would share some views of those spaces in a post! Hoping to get on stories tomorrow sometime! We built our outdoor kitchen last summer, it’s been one of the best investments! We have all @blaze outdoor grill products for our kitchen. The brick is the same as our other brick in our home. You can find lots of info on the brick and how this kitchen was built on my highlights! One is called brick details, and the other is called outdoor kitchen. Then I’ve got a view from the other side of the back porch. Our outdoor furniture was one of my top sellers last year! It’s very modern, but the outside of our home is definitely more modern than our inside! Where I am standing in this spot to capture this view is where we plan to put in an outdoor fireplace soon. Also, the big window, also has a bartop we built under it, and I finally decided on barstools for that area! I’ll share soon!Back porch is 12x46 and we decided to add on a small pad about 15x18 which is uncovered. We plan to build a pergola there and the bed swing I’ve always wanted! 😉 Front porch is 13.5x8 and it also has the same brick we used everywhere else in our home. Mortar is buff, same as everywhere else. Front porch and back porch almost mirror each other. Same doors, cedar posts, tongue and groove vaulted ceiling.
