My baked tortellini recipe is one of the most loved recipes and it’s just as easy as making spaghetti! Save this for your next weeknight meal for family, or company! Pairs great with some garlic bread and a salad!

Ingredients:
1 20oz family sized Rana refrigerated cheese tortellini (or 2 10oz regular cheese tortellini )
1 lb ground beef ( I used 93/7 for less fat and grease )
1 (24oz) jar of pasta sauce ( I used a Fire Roasted tomato and garlic, but I’ve also used spaghetti sauce too!)
8 (ounces) cream cheese (cubed)
1-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated or shredded parmesan
Italian seasoning to taste ( about a tablespoon)

Instructions:
1.Cook pasta according to the package directions; drain and set aside.
2. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
3.In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the Italian seasoning, ( add salt and pepper all too taste if you want). I did a few shakes of salt and pepper, and about a 1/2 tablespoon to one tablespoon of Italian seasoning.
5. If you used more fatty ground beef, drain the excess grease from the browned beef, and if you used 90/10 or 93:7 then you don’t need to drain. Next stir in your tomato sauce and cream cheese. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce is well incorporated.
6. Gently toss your cooked tortellini in with the sauce mixture and then pour it into your casserole dish; top it off with the shredded mozzarella and parmesan.
7. Bake in the center rack of your oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown!

4 avocados
2-3 Roma tomatoes diced and gutted
½ red onion diced
Handful of cilantro chopped
1 jalapeño gutted and diced
2 limes, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix it all up and serve fresh!

Disney must haves! My favorite of all is the new 360 fan that has three settings and wraps around things so it can go anywhere! For Disney we put it on the stroller and for the pool we wrapped it around the umbrella!
The cooling towels felt soo good to pour some cold water on and put around my neck and shoulders to cool off in the Florida heat! The boys had mini Mickey fans they could wear around their neck! The Stanley was a great purchase with the handle cause we could out the handle on the stroller handle and it hung there perfectly!
The ponchos, body glide and portable charger are a must! And to help save money we went to Walmart to grab some fruit and snacks to pack in ziplock bags In the lunch box so we didn’t go broke on buying snacks at Disney! Hope this helps!
