This "made in Italy" truffle balsamic glaze is my latest obsession in the kitchen. I add it to everything — lasagna, salads, toast, etc.

It does list artificial flavor but unlike most "truffle" flavored foods, it actually lists REAL truffles in the ingredients too — which makes this glaze far more authentic than most truffle balsamic glazes.
