What you'll need (per 12 sliders): 2 lbs ground beef 12 brioche buns 1 cup shredded cheese (Mexican is our favorite) 1|2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1|4 cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted) Sesame seeds How to make them: Cut buns in half. Place bottom half on buttered baking pan and add a layer of cheese. Brown the ground beef. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Add mayo to the ground beef. Stir well. Spread ground beef mixture evenly over the cheese. Layer with more cheese. Add the top half of the buns. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Serve hot — and watch them disappear.
