Let's make Brie+Fig Bites (AKA the easiest way to look wildly put-together this Thanksgiving.) I blame @brightmomentco for this one — she reminded me of the existence of phyllo dough, and suddenly I needed Brie and figs in my oven immediately. Save the recipe so you don't have to scroll back later (because we both know you won't): — phyllo dough — Brie cheese — fig jam — fresh rosemary — pecans — flaky salt — olive oil Unroll 8 sheets of phyllo dough. Add fig jam. Top with chopped fresh rosemary and pecans. Add chunks of Brie cheese and roll everything up into a log. Cut into 12 pieces and place into a generously oiled muffin pan. Drizzle with lots of oil on top (that's what helps make phyllo dough crispy!) and sprinkle flaky salt on top. Bake at 375F for 18-20ish minutes. To prevent the jam from getting stuck to the pan, you can add a small square or two of phyllo dough on the bottom of each muffin tin. Serving them on my newly thrifted shell platter because…just look at it. Prepare to see this beauty a lot. It's about to become my entire personality. Save this for Thanksgiving, send it to your favorite "I'll bring an appetizer" friend, and tell me if you make them! LTKfoodie LTKHome LTKCyberWeek
