This party? $5 for decor. $20ish for crafts. Homemade cupcakes. Yet it was perfect in all the ways that matter. 💕 Beautiful celebrations don’t have to cost a fortune. You just need a little creativity and intention. Sharing my tips below: 1️⃣ Low-cost, high-impact decor: I grabbed 60 balloons for $3.75 and a gold foil birthday banner for $1.25 at @dollartree. Total new decor: $5! 🎈 2️⃣ Shop your own home: Sometimes the perfect party touch is stashed away in your seasonal decor boxes. I remembered some Christmas garlands tucked away, and (hello!) they were perfect. ✨ 3️⃣ Hands-on crafting makes for memories AND souvenirs: A 12-pack of canvas totes + fabric markers = $20 for hours of fun AND a sweet birthday keepsake. 🎁 4️⃣ Cupcakes made with love: The girls wanted to bake their own! This week I've been reflecting on what biblical servanthood really looks like.

I was reminded: When discipline feels heavy, try devotion. Same tasks — different heart. ❤️

Life isn't about buckling down and powering through our daily duties. It's about faithful devotion. The difference is in our heart posture. 🕊️

God doesn't want our reluctant offerings of time and energy. He wants our steadfast love and willing obedience.

Colossians 3:23–24 reminds us:
"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters… It is the Lord Christ you are serving."

Grateful for @growwithjo’s recent reel — such a timely reminder to focus on devotion over duty.
