Raise your hand if you lost your pink after your first baby 🙋🏻‍♀️ It took me almost two years to feel like “me” again, and that’s a long time to be missing yourself! This time around, I was determined to not lose my pink in the first place, and while I’m certainly not an expert here’s a few things that have helped me 🩷 1) I worked out my entire pregnancy up to 36 weeks! 2) I minimized buying maternity clothes to only what was necessary, and instead focused on buying pieces that would work with the bump and also be flattering postpartum. 3) I worked really hard to build a PP wardrobe that I was not only excited to wear but would flatter a changing body 4) I am giving myself so much more GRACE this time around. Grace for my body, Grace for learning new routines, Grace for becoming a mom of 2 and all that it entails! If you have any advice on this for other mamas, chime in below and let’s start the conversation! LTKmomlife LTKselfcare LTKBaby
