Don't make the same mistakes I did making campfire brie dip. Here's how to get it right.

I cook this over Cowboy Charcoal in my cast iron skillet, and it's turned into the dip everyone asks me to bring camping.

A few things I learned the hard way:
-score the brie deep (shallow cuts won't let it melt right)
-pull your grapes off the vine so they don't scatter in the coals
-strip the stems off your herbs before they go in

Here's the full method: oil in the skillet, whole block of brie, deep score marks, then load it with grapes, berries, and peaches. Fresh herbs (stems off), a drizzle of hot honey, a good seasoning, and nuts on top for crunch. Cook it over the coals until the cheese melts and the fruit starts to sizzle, then dig in with toasted bread.
