Comment BUILD for the tools I use to build furniture pieces as a solo woman. So often I hear people tell me they “could never.” But the only thing holding you back is not knowing the tricks to make it doable. This is one of the biggest tricks to be able to handle plywood as a solo woman. Don’t waste your money on a table saw (though it is a great tool in many situations). Instead, start with a smaller/safer blade and use a circular saw and this jig. Safety tip: Make sure never to lift your saw out of the jig while the blade is still spinning. Head to YouTube for loads of tutorials on how to build with pocket screws and kreg jigs and get to building! Save or repost this for later (when you WILL work up the courage to tackle a project you didn’t think you could do.) I believe in you! 🫶🏻 And make sure to join me in stories as I keep building this piece out and finish this mudroom makeover! diyhack diyfurniture
