I received the L’Oreal 24H Brow Lamination in a random PR box, tried it on a whim, and WOW! 1) No white crusties 2) Flexible hold, no crunchy brows 3) Small & skinny spoolie distributes the PERFECT amount of gel 4) Immediately able to brush and shape your brows without waiting for dry down 5) $11!!!
