TALL GIRL FRIENDLY WEDDING GUEST DRESS

I swear by MacDuggal for not only elegant and timeless wedding guest dresses but also because they’re tall girl, friendly! The sunscreen by Uktra Violette has been my go to for about six months because it’s wildly effective has a little to no white cast and acts as a moisturizer, skin primer, and SPF all in one!

My new favorite setting spray by Idun will change your life! If you’ve been heartbroken that the OG formula for all nighter is gone, this is going to be your replacement. My makeup has stayed on in wildly, humid heat and through a 12 hour workday.

BEST PILATES WRAP TOP

I’ve tried quite a few over the years and this one is the best fitting one I’ve ever tried! No shock that it’s from carbon 38. It conforms to your body shape perfectly whether you’re more curvy or straight.

The best part about the carbon 38 melt fabric is the fact that it’s so durable and can last you over a decade if you care for it properly. The colors never fade. I snag this for $22 in the archive sale last week however it’s still on sale, although much less savings. It’s now under $100.

Astoria activewear has become a fast favorite of mine, this gingham set is incredibly cute and gets tons of compliments in classes. Unintentionally went for a Dorothy look today 😂 the fit runs a bit small I’m wearing a size medium in the bra top as a size 32D bust and wearing a size small in the bottoms when I normally take a size 4 in lululemon or extra small and CRZ. Would recommend taking a size up in all of Astoria active wears pieces carbon 38 runs true to size and this is a size small in the wrap top.

legit, if you need your make up to survive a car crash or the apocalypse, Idun Minerals is your girl. The setting spray is phenomenal as an elder millennial. I grew up on the original urban decay, all nighter, setting spray and graduated to the Caliray one this year, which has been my reigning number one for a while. Idun is a tie for first!

FAVORITE LAUNDRY DETERGENT

Not only is this detergent affordable when you consider the amount of uses you’ll get out of this bottle, but it’s also fully recyclable and most importantly formulated with nontoxic ingredients which are safe for sensitive skin.

It’s formulated without any dies sulfates Parbin or other nasty chemicals you’d find in namebrand detergent. You can also consider it an all in one with stain removal as an easily removed stains without having to add any extra stain spray.

One of these bottles last me nearly 6 months doing weekly bedding loads, daily activewear loads and washing all of my pillowcases every three days. It’s gentle enough to use on silk pillowcases or silk eye masks. They also have a delicate version which is formulated for silk, which is just as good but honestly, you can use this one as well if you want to save money.

NAIL REHAB RESULTS: 2 WEEKS POST NAIL REMOVAL

If you followed my nail rehab recipe from my previous LTK post, these are the results after two weeks of consistent use! My nails have grown out the broken portion of the Nails and the nailbeds are almost back to normal. Honestly, it’s a night and day transformation.

I follow the recipe every single week starting with the nail serum and putting two coats of that on first. Wait 10 minutes and then apply two coats of the nail strengthening polish every day after, apply one more coat of the nail strengthening polish do this for an entire week And then take the polish off and restart!

Hypochlorous acid is my secret weapon after workouts at the gym, prior to any in-flight skin care I might decide to do, and can even be used on my dogs paws after walking around the city to eliminate any bacteria!

It’s truly a miracle chemical: helping alleviate everything from eczema, rashes, small cuts, and scrapes burns including sunburns, and breakouts. I’ve linked all of my favorite brands here that do an incredible job.

HOW TO FIT A FULL FACE OF MAKEUP AND HAIR TOOLS INTO YOUR DAILY GYM BAG FOR THE OFFICE

I am always looking for products that will either pull double or triple duty, are travel size friendly, and take up the least space possible in my work bag. Especially since I’m usually carrying my prepped lunch for the day and a laptop.

HOW TO REHAB YOUR NATURAL NAILS AFTER GEL MANICURES

I swear by these two polishes! The bond builder one helps fill in ridges and build back your nail. I like the clear pink strengthener on top for added help and so it looks like my nails are still polished.

For polished nails, I do 2 coats of the bond builder, wait 10 min, then add 2 coats of the pink one. I add another pink coat every day for 6 days. The results are insane!

SHINY HAIR ESSENTIALS

Everything starts with hair health obviously, so Wellbel is the foundation for that! WILDLY more effective than Nutrafol (I’ve tried both). Next is K18 leave in conditioner after every other wash.

Current products used on this hair wash include the Fenty Hair hydrating shampoo and deep conditioner, Wella damage repair spray, Tresemme Keratin heat protection spray, and Trader Joe’s leave in conditioner which is basically Ouai. A touch of K18 oil from mid shaft to roots after dry.
