SMARTEST TRAVEL MUST HAVES FOR YOUR CARRY ON PERSONAL ITEM

This insanely lightweight and slim tote is basically a clown car: it can fit half a carry on into it! I manage a 15 inch MacBook Pro, client decks, snacks, a beauty pouch with all my daily makeup, skincare, and hair essentials to survive a day of travel, and more.

The most important piece is this specific portable charger. It has all the major charging types: USB, C, Lightning and can fully charge 2 iPhones.

HOW TO GET RID OF DEEP ACNE FAST

One of the best investments I ever made for my skin was getting a high frequency wand. This is something that my aestheticians have been using on me since I was in high school when I had a really bad cystic acne.

It’s one of the best tools to have at home and create your own at home med spa in between treatments with your provider. I pull it out, especially after my period when breakouts are on high! These deep sits went away in a couple of days after continued use of this wand you see right here.

It also has an attachment for your hair, which I use after a blowout. It helps stimulate growth and keeps your scalp healthy. You can either choose a tool that has argon or neon. I currently use the neon one. The argon has also been shown to be more effective for acne.

I wear the following foundations, blush, eye palettes, face palettes, mascara, brow gel, setting powder, and setting spray nearly daily. My favorite hack for spending well under $50 for designer foundation (these actually look better in photos and survive a full day or night) is this Prada refillable foundation. The refill is $50 and with the sale, you get it much cheaper. Buy it once at $70 plus the sale, and then well under $50!

I love this red blush: the Patrick Ta blush and eyeshadow palettes are absolutely worth if for the amount of product you get from them / pigment ratio. The only time I use something else is traveling to the gym or in a carry on.

BEST PILATES WRAP TOP

I’ve tried quite a few over the years and this one is the best fitting one I’ve ever tried! No shock that it’s from carbon 38. It conforms to your body shape perfectly whether you’re more curvy or straight.

The best part about the carbon 38 melt fabric is the fact that it’s so durable and can last you over a decade if you care for it properly. The colors never fade. I snag this for $22 in the archive sale last week however it’s still on sale, although much less savings. It’s now under $100.

Astoria activewear has become a fast favorite of mine, this gingham set is incredibly cute and gets tons of compliments in classes. Unintentionally went for a Dorothy look today 😂 the fit runs a bit small I’m wearing a size medium in the bra top as a size 32D bust and wearing a size small in the bottoms when I normally take a size 4 in lululemon or extra small and CRZ. Would recommend taking a size up in all of Astoria active wears pieces carbon 38 runs true to size and this is a size small in the wrap top.

FAVORITE LAUNDRY DETERGENT

Not only is this detergent affordable when you consider the amount of uses you’ll get out of this bottle, but it’s also fully recyclable and most importantly formulated with nontoxic ingredients which are safe for sensitive skin.

It’s formulated without any dies sulfates Parbin or other nasty chemicals you’d find in namebrand detergent. You can also consider it an all in one with stain removal as an easily removed stains without having to add any extra stain spray.

One of these bottles last me nearly 6 months doing weekly bedding loads, daily activewear loads and washing all of my pillowcases every three days. It’s gentle enough to use on silk pillowcases or silk eye masks. They also have a delicate version which is formulated for silk, which is just as good but honestly, you can use this one as well if you want to save money.
